Group EMDR Consultation
I host a monthly consultation group where we discuss all things EMDR.
Details:
- $50 per 1 hr group. $100 per 2 hr group. Payable by square invoice or Kit registration
- 1 hr group is limited to 4 people; 2 hr group is limited to 8 people.
- Rolling enrollment as people graduate out
- Enrolled ongoing consultees will have access to my online EMDR Consultation Hub with several EMDR resources I’ve collected through the years and have created and authored myself
The group meets on the first Monday of the month at 12pm PST.

On Monday 9/8/25 I’ll be highlighting Natalie Gutierrez’s @nataliegutierrezlmft “The Pain We Carry” book and how I integrate Protector Roles (as she describes them) into EMDR therapy. This gem has added depth to my EMDR practice. I created a worksheet to help you and your client explore these roles and provide “A Seat for Every Part.”
I highly recommend you to purchase “The Pain We Carry” book and Workbook as the protector roles are beautifully laid out. These resources are vital to helping our BIPOC clients heal from complex PTSD. You will use them over and over again!
