Based on the New Harbinger book Stand Up, Speak Up, and Heal — co-authored by three BIPOC licensed clinicians — this training gives you the clinical framework, DBT skills, and liberation-centered lens to support BIPOC clients navigating the daily toll of racial stress and trauma.
The problem
Your BIPOC clients aren't just managing anxiety or depression. They're managing a world that regularly misunderstands, invalidates, or actively harms them.
Race-based traumatic stress is cumulative, systemic, and somatic — and most clinical training doesn't address it directly. That leaves you reaching for tools that weren't built with your client in mind.
This training changes that.
