Consultations for Mental Health Professionals & Organizations

As a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience, I offer professional consultations to therapists, counselors, and organizations seeking to enhance their cultural competence and trauma-informed practices. My expertise is particularly focused on supporting BIPOC women, addressing racial stress, and navigating the unique challenges faced by first-generation professionals. I understand the frustration of wanting to serve your diverse clients effectively but feeling underprepared by traditional training that often centers dominant cultural perspectives. Many clinicians struggle with integrating cultural context into evidence-based practices, worry about causing harm despite good intentions, and feel overwhelmed when working with clients whose experiences differ significantly from their own. Organizations often recognize the need for more culturally responsive care but aren’t sure how to implement meaningful changes beyond surface-level diversity initiatives. Through my consultation services, I provide practical guidance to help you move beyond theoretical concepts to truly embodied, culturally responsive care that honors your clients’ full humanity and complex identities.
