Growing and healing doesn’t always require individual therapy. Sometimes, what we need are structured tools and guidance we can work through at our own pace. As someone who believes in making mental health support accessible in different forms, I’ve created these educational courses to share evidence-based strategies through a culturally responsive lens.
Each course draws from my 16+ years of clinical experience treating BIPOC children, teens, and adults and my personal journey as a First Gen Latina professional. I use my experience of treating children to relay important mental health topics in digestible and relatable ways. These self-guided resources offer practical tools for managing specific challenges — from burnout recovery to living a life that’s aligned to your core values.
Available Courses:

Important Disclaimer
These educational courses are designed for informational and educational purposes only. Purchasing or participating in any course does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Sofia Mendoza, LCSW. These materials are not intended to replace professional mental health treatment. Your healing matters — whether that journey includes therapy, self-guided learning, or a combination of paths.
