There are times when work can demand so much of our time and energy, and suddenly, we’re left feeling overworked, overwhelmed and even stuck.

Maybe you’re having a tough time asserting your needs appropriately, finding it hard to say “no” to additional tasks or even not being able to take a decent vacation/time off to recharge. Perhaps you’re noticing a mismatch between what your values are, and those of your current work place. This is where therapy can come in. Therapy can help with identifying the source of the stress and working toward creating healthier thoughts, improved coping, and an action plan to help you de-stress or assert yourself effectively.
